2. Purpose and acceptance
MusiConn is an international web platform that connects musicians, music professionals, venues, businesses and music lovers. By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MusiConn.
3. Our role
MusiConn is an information and communication platform. We make it possible for users to find each other and to communicate. Users contact each other directly and agree on the details between themselves, including performances, private events, collaborations, the hire or sale of equipment and instruments, and the provision of services. MusiConn is not a party to those agreements, does not act as an agent or employer of any user, and does not guarantee that any agreement will be reached or fulfilled.
4. Accounts
- You must be at least 14 years old to use MusiConn. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the permission of your parent or legal guardian.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.
- One person or business may not run multiple accounts to mislead others.
5. Fees and subscription
- Finding live music as a fan is free.
- Showcasing your services and joining the community as a musician, professional, venue or business requires a paid subscription, starting from €1 per month. The price may be higher for certain account types, such as venues; the applicable price is shown before you subscribe.
- Prices include VAT where applicable. [Confirm VAT treatment.]
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We will notify you in advance of any price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. If you ask for the service to start during this period, you acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, or that you must pay a proportionate amount for the service already used. [Have this section reviewed for the final checkout flow.]
7. Your content
- You keep the ownership of the content you publish, such as photos, videos, texts and music-related material.
- You grant MusiConn a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and promote your content on the platform, for as long as it is on the platform and only to operate and promote the service.

- impersonate another person or business, or publish false reviews or information;
- collect other users’ data without their permission;
- interfere with the security or operation of the platform, or use automated means to access it without our permission;
- use MusiConn to offer goods or services that are illegal.
We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, with notice where possible.
9. Responsibility of users
Users are solely responsible for their dealings with other users. We recommend that you verify the identity and reputation of the people you contact, agree on terms in writing, and take care when paying or sharing personal information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the content published by users, for agreements between users, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, nor your rights as a consumer.
12. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access in the cases described in these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will inform you of significant changes in advance. If you continue to use MusiConn after the changes take effect, you accept them.
